Win Free Stuff from Sunkist

(1) Description of Sweepstakes – Sunkist Growers, Inc. (the “Sponsor”) is offering “Join In & Win”, (the “Promotion”) and will award prizes via a random selection from eligible entrants. The overall Promotion begins at 12:00:01 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) on February 1, 2010 and ends at 11:59:59 PM PT on October 31, 2010, (“Overall Promotion Period”). Within the Overall Promotion Period there are nine (9) Monthly Drawings conducted according to the schedule in Paragraph Four of these Official Rules. The Promotion is intended for participation only in the United States and shall be construed according to, and governed exclusively by United States law. Do not participate in the Promotion if you are not physically located in the United States at time of entry. By participating in the Promotion, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Promotion Entities (defined below), their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, retailers, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from any and all damages whether direct or indirect, which may be due to or arise out of participation in the Promotion or any portion thereof, or the acceptance, use/misuse or possession of prizes.

(2) Eligibility - The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States residing in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico and all other US territories) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of Promotion registration. Employees, officers and directors of Sunkist Growers, Inc, its respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising, promotional, fulfillment and marketing agencies, their immediate families (parent, child, sibling & spouse) and persons living in the same households as such individuals (whether related or not), (collectively “Promotion Entities”) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. Void in Puerto Rico, all other US territories and where prohibited by law, rule or regulation. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

(3) How to Enter – Visit www.sunkist.com/joininandwin and subscribe to the free e-mail recipe newsletter by providing your first name, e-mail address and zip code. If you are an existing Sunkist subscriber you can receive one (1) entry when you refer the Promotion to your family or friends. There is a limit of (one) 1 entry per existing subscriber per Monthly Drawing regardless of the number of individuals you refer in any given month. Entries received in any given Monthly Drawing Period are valid for that Monthly Drawing only and will not be “rolled forward” for inclusion in subsequent Monthly Drawings.

Entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. The authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. A potential winner may be required to provide Sponsor with satisfactory proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the potentially winning entry. Entries generated by a script, macro or other automated means will be disqualified. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same e-mail address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different/duplicitous e-mail addresses, the use of a sweepstakes service, the use of multiple identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, contain irregular or invalid information, or are corrupted are void and will not be accepted. By entering the Promotion, you agree to all of the terms and conditions of Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which is available at http://www.sunkist.com/legal.aspx.

(4) Prize Available – There are nine (9) $100 Grocery Gift Card Prizes available, approximate retail value, $100 each. One Grocery Gift Card Prize will be awarded in each of the nine (9) Monthly Drawings conducted according to the following schedule:

There are a total of nine (9) prizes available with an overall approximate retail value of $900. The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received for any given Monthly Drawing.

No prize recipient shall be permitted to (a) replace his/her designated prize with another prize or item, (b) transfer or assign his/her designated prize to another person, or (c) redeem his/her prize for cash. Promotion entities reserve the right, exercisable at any time in their sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by the Sponsor. Any costs associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, is the winner’s sold responsibility. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.

(5) Prize Awarding - Potential winners will be contacted within two (2) business days of the drawing by the e-mail address associated with their subscription (“Prize Notification”) to determine prize acceptance, the preferred grocery retailer for the gift card and a shipping address for the gift card. Failure to respond to Sponsor’s first Prize Notification within five (5) days of Sponsor’s notification will result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner. If the Prize Notification is returned undeliverable, or if the potential winner otherwise fails to fully comply with these Official Rules, he/she will forfeit that prize and the prize will be awarded to an alternate potential winner. Entrants grant Sponsor the right to use and publish winner's proper name and State of residence online in connection with the Promotion. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its affiliates to use winner's name and likeness solely for advertising and promotional purposes as Sponsor so determines without notice or further compensation, except where prohibited by law. All federal, state, local, and other taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the applicable winner.

(6) General - All decisions of the Sponsor in any matter relating to this Promotion shall be binding and final. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware, software, or web site. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone or computer or telephone transmissions or technical failure, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions, for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, howsoever caused, or other error of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic. Entrants found tampering with or abusing any, aspect of this Promotion, as solely determined by the judges, will be disqualified. If disqualified for any of the above abuses, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate entrant's eligibility to participate in the Promotion. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be in violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion if any fraud, virus or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment.

(7) Winners List - To receive the list of monthly winners to date, send a self-addressed stamped envelope for receipt by November 5, 2010 to: Sunkist Join In & Win Winners List, PO Box 12055, Scottsdale, AZ 85267-2055. (WA and VT residents may omit return postage.) The names of monthly winners will also be available at www.sunkist.com throughout the Promotion Period.
